Special Olympics is about the transformative power and joy of sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, every day and all around the world. With more than 70,000 competitions a year and more than 4.2 million athletes, Special Olympics continues expanding its programs globally to reach out to more people with intellectual disabilities and their communities.
